We seek and value long term relationships where, through a close understanding of the client’s business, we can add significant value over time. We are not a project-based marketing communications company. The technology industry is cyclical and once engaged we stick with our clients through the tough times as well as the good times.
Apart from an initial ‘get to know you’ period, we do not as a rule accept retainers or commissions. Supplier invoices are charged at cost. We prefer to work to an agreed annual plan and budget, with an annual review.
We charge an hourly rate, which is declared in advance to the client. We track our time by the hour and present a detailed monthly invoice identifying each task, the time taken, and the fee charged. We expect prompt payment on the 20th of the month in which the invoice is received.
